- 8 am Should Cook County by separated from the rest of the State of Illinois and turned into a state of its own? It's not that unlikely. State Rep. Bill Mitchell of downstate's 87th House District has introduced that precise bill. We'll talk about what it might do and how it might benefit everyone in Illinois. Should it be Cook County? Or maybe just Chicago? Or maybe the six-county region? Click here for more information

We'll take about Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel's water rate hike impactign 125 Chicagoland suburban communities. Click to read a story on it

- 9 am Should John Hinckley, who tried to kill President Ronald Reagan, be allowed more free time outside of his psychiatric hospital? The Reagan assassination attempt occurred on Monday, March 30, 1981, just 69 days into the presidency of Ronald Reagan. While leaving a speaking engagement at the Washington Hilton Hotel in Washington, D.C., President Reagan and three others were shot and wounded by John Hinckley, Jr.Reagan suffered a punctured lung, but prompt medical attention allowed him to recover quickly. Hinckley was found not guilty by reason of insanity and remains confined to a psychiatric facility. Click here for info.

- 10 am Columnist Monroe Anderson on President Barack Obama, the Republican challengers Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney, Rick Perry and Michele Bachman, and Chicago in the Mayor Rahm Emanuel era versus Mayor Richard M. Daley ... also, the saga of Herman Cain ... click here to follow Monroe Anderson on Twitter

We're also going to be talking about a lot of other topics including:

Do you say Happy Holidays or Merry Christmas? Are you "PC" during the "holidays?"

The Illinois Tollway Authority jacked up the toll rates. Is that fair? The tolls were supposed to be temporeray now they've become a source of income for the bloated bureaucracy. I would rather have had and won't end Rod Blagojevich's name on the Tollway banners when he kept the tolls low, rather than not have Gov. Pat Quinn's name and he's jacking them up ... pathetic!

Rod Blagojevich the former Governor of Illinois gets sentenced Tuesday. It seems the calls for his sentencing are too strict and unfair.

Unemployment benefits end for about 2 million people on January 1, 2012. That should worry us tremendously.

And, what was your reaction to Herman Cain quitting the race? It seems he is a jerk. He says he hates Obama and won't endorse him. It also seems that Cain blames Obama and the Democrats for the women who came out and accused him of sexually harassing them. And the woman whom he had an affair with for 13 years and paid money without telling his wife. God riddance to Cain. The Cain Train came to a grinding halt. Will you patronize Cain's pizzarias, Godfather's Pizza? Or, did he upset you so much you won't go there any more?

And, Chris Hage, candidate in the 42nd District, talks about his campaign for the Illinois Legislature.
